Most games we attend we go big and purchase Rockpile tickets.
I prefer to watch my baseball live, but I also have two kids at home ages nine and seven. So the only way I can support my family and get to see the Rockies home games live, is to Rockpile it.
For me its being there, the crowd, the atmosphere, taking pictures, the vibe, snagging a ball at batting practice, the smells, the sounds, ice cold beer, feasting on a Rockies Dog, wearing my colors, supporting my team, spending quality time with my kids, and beating the mad rush home.
You haven’t lived until you’ve watched an entire game from the Rockpile at Coors Field. (ok, that’s a stretch).
It’s really not that bad, but the sun and heat can do it’s damage.
Bring lots of water.
Four dollars for me, and a dollar each for my kids.
Three people watching a professional baseball game in person for six bucks.
Thats got to be the best deal in baseball
